EARLY BOOKERS| I didn’t get my w2s yet how do I know when to book ? 

We suggest all clients waiting on any tax document to file the 1st or 2nd week of February. Employers are required to have your w2s in mail by 1/31.

NO W2 CLIENTS| I didn’t work this year can I still file ? 

As long as you have an acceptable dependent to claim you can file with NTB TAX PRO

NO W2? NO KID? NO CAN DO! Unless you’re filing college refund.

My bank account was closed will my refund be mailed ? 

That’s no problem here. We can print you a check on demand for a small fee of $12. We can also mail you a check. In some cases we are able to update the account information and retry the deposit. 

My return was accepted when will I get it ? 

Once the irs accepts your return all questions lead to them. But normal processing time is 21 days or less.

I don’t have a bank account; do you offer prepaid cards ? 

Yes we do. 

Can I apply for the advance ? 

Yes all clients can apply, however it can only be applied for when submitting your return. Every client will not get approved. Over 93% of clients will. All advances must go on a prepaid card or the fee is $80
